1. Needs Analysis |
The analysis stage includes studying the target audience, the primary objectives of the e-Learning initiative, studying the content, the technical needs, the organization and structure of the content and so on. |
2. Instructional Design |
a) Analyze needs - Gather information and collect data, identify needs (cognitive and attitudinal skills) and prioritize instructional goals
b) Mission Statement - Scope and objectives of the training project, Objectives description and measurement - accuracy levels
c) Analyze and Outline Content - Gather and create content online, Outline desired skills, knowledge and attitudes and course map
d) Interface Design - Define, select learner activities, Story boards, Flowcharts, Define media - Videos, animation and narrative lists and Evaluate |
| 3. Development and Pilot testing |
Media Production and sourcing, Prototype, Programming/coding, Authoring and integration of media elements, distribution of the course, Reporting and tracking, testing and learning and effectiveness evaluation |
| 4. Deployment and Quality Review |
The content is deployed and integrated on the system with testing and quality review. |
